RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Taaish Designer Jewels, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every piece you receive meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange options:

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, in which case we will cover the cost upon valid photo/video proof shared within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are available for eligible designs.

  • Exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer. 🛠 Damage Repairs

  • We offer repair services for any manufacturing defects or damage. Repairs are subject to charges and typically take 2–4 weeks to complete.

 

Custom-made items and certain hygiene-sensitive pieces (e.g., earrings) may not be eligible for return. Please contact us to confirm.
